What Is An Aneurysm?
Aneurysm (aneurysm) of the brain or cerebral aneurysm is a medical condition due to an abnormal dilation of blood vessels in the brain.
This widening is mainly grown in the intersection of major arteries at the base of the brain, in an area called the Circle of Willis.
Dilation of blood vessels will become a kind of bag, that if rupture causing bleeding in the brain.
Aneurysms that rupture can be life-threatening and should immediately seek medical treatment.
Causes of Brain Aneurysms
Brain aneurysm is generally not due to genetic factors rather evolve with age a person.

Causes of Brain Aneurysms
Brain aneurysm is generally not due to genetic factors rather evolve with age a person.
Some causes of cerebral aneurysm are:
1. Neurofibromatosis
Neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder of the nervous system that affects the growth and development of the network of nerve cells that causes the growth of tumors on the nerves that trigger brain aneurysm.
2. Consumption of Tobacco
Chewing tobacco or smoking is another factor that primarily increases the risk of aneurysm rupture.
Studies show that smokers have a 10 times greater risk of experiencing a brain aneurysm rupture compared to nonsmokers.
3. High Blood Pressure
The risk of subarachnoid hemorrhage or rupture of a brain aneurysm will be greater in people with a history of high blood pressure (hypertension).
4. High Cholesterol
Although the effects of high cholesterol remains unclear, some studies suggest that cholesterol can also lead to rupture of an aneurysm in the brain.
5. Alcohol Abuse
Moderate to high alcohol consumption is another factor contributing to the rupture of a brain aneurysm.
Symptoms of Brain Aneurysms
Most cases of brain aneurysms do not cause symptoms, but some symptoms that may arise given below:
Not Ruptured Brain Aneurysms
Before the ruptured aneurysm, patients usually experience no symptoms, but when the head is pressed, the patient may experience some or all of the following symptoms:
1. Severe headaches
2. Vision problems
3. Impaired perception
4. Interference or thinking problems
5. Difficulty speaking
6. Difficulty keep short-term memory
7. abrupt behavioral changes
8. Difficulty concentrating
9. Loss of balance and coordination
10.Kelelahan
Brain Aneurysm Rupture
Symptoms of a brain aneurysm that has ruptured usually comes on suddenly and is more severe. Here are some of the symptoms:
1. Severe headaches or migraines
2. Nausea and vomiting
3. Blurred vision or double vision
4. stiff neck or neck pain
5. Sensitivity to light
6. Dilation of the pupil
7. Seizures
8. Pain above and behind the eyes
Treatment of Brain Aneurysms
Treatment of aneurysms are generally intended to correct the affected blood vessel.
Coil embolization and surgical clipping are two main procedures used to treat brain aneurysms.
Coil embolization is a procedure in which a small tube is inserted into the affected artery and placed near the aneurysm.
Small metal coil is then moved through the tube into the aneurysm, thereby reducing pressure on the aneurysm and reduce the possibility of rupture.
The procedure is less invasive and more effective than surgical clipping.
Surgical clipping is a method in which a small metal clip is placed around the aneurysm to isolate it from the normal blood circulation.
It also will reduce pressure on the aneurysm so that will not break
